This is a heavy duty skinning or multipurpose knife and it has a hollow ground blade with a notched thumb grip. This knife has a second cut stag handle but is available in various exotic and native woods and also man-made materials as well.

This is a large hunting knife and as with the others I can customize it to your needs. It has a hollow grind which isn't quite as strong as the flat or convex grind for chopping, but it sharpens more quickly and takes a really good sharp edge. That is why this grind is used on straight razors. It has a brass guard and a stag handle with an aluminum pommel.

This knife is a very good all around knife capable of performing many, many task both in camp and in the kitchen as well. It is a very good shape and size for capping. I will customize one to your needs. This one has a hollow ground blade and a micarta handle.
